Baseline

Your baseline is the set of approved examples and optional rules that define your company's writing style.

Examples

Add 3–10 approved writing samples. You can paste text or upload files (txt, md, docx, pdf). Each example can be tagged with a context (client, internal, marketing) or left general. StylBot chunks and indexes these for retrieval during checks.

Rules

Do/don't rules are optional. Add rules like "Use contractions in internal comms" or "Avoid exclamation marks." Rules can apply to the whole workspace or to a specific context. They are merged into the style profile and enforced in rewrites and scoring.

Generate profile

After adding examples (and optionally rules), click Generate baseline. StylBot will index your examples and synthesize a style profile: summary bullets, tone, lexical and structural norms, and merged do/don't lists. Progress is shown step by step. When the status is Ready, you can run checks.
